At John Doyle Construction we are proud of our commitment to teamwork whilst maintaining a family atmosphere through our “open door” policy. This has resulted in a low staff turnover with a number of our employees having in excess of 20 years service.

Our company policy is to directly employ our site labour force using local labour whenever possible. All new operatives and staff are trained to meet our strict Health and Safety policy and carry skills cards indicating their level of competency.
